Booking Procedure
1. Complete and submit the enquiry form below and we will check the availability of your chosen holiday cottage.
2. After receiving confirmation from us, please print out and complete our booking form.
We endeavour to answer all queries within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply after this time, please Contact us by phone or email.
Booking Conditions
The property booking shall be in the name of one person (who must be over 18 years of age) who shall be responsible for the actions of all members of their party.
The names of all members of the party must be on the booking form. No cottage may be occupied by more than the agreed number of persons.
The cottage may only be occupied for the purpose of a holiday and under no circumstances can the period booked be extended without permission in writing. Please treat the property and its contents with care. Report any breakages ASAP which must be paid for.
Once the deposit (or full rental) is received this will be counted as a firm booking.
You are then responsible for the balance no less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
If you wish to cancel at any time we will only make a refund (less £15 for administration) if we can re-let the property.
We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.
If for any reason the cottage owner needs to cancel a confirmed booking the liability is limited to the return of any payments received.
